\n \n Tranquility, open spaces and many amenities, both inside and out of the Lodge\n <\/span>\n <\/h3>\n [\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Alkira Lodge is a 3-storey building completely refurbished in 2016 (both inside and out) owned by the Cuccuru family: here, in fact, in addition to the four apartments available for rent, we also reside, with our respective families. Being on site is a real benefit and bonus for our guests: looking after the common spaces and gardens is a personal and absolute priority, but more importantly there is always someone of the family available for information<\/strong> or special needs or requests.<\/p>\n

Located on the corner of via Txu Terrat and via Toda<\/a>, two small and quiet streets in a residential area<\/strong> south of the city. The area has little traffic and is surrounded by numerous trees and plants, open spaces and very convenient free parking available<\/strong> in nearby Piazzetta Cao giving you the opportunity of leaving your car behind and walking to the center of town<\/strong>, a short 15 minute stroll away.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]\n\n

\nFully furnished and complete in every amenity<\/strong>, the apartments feature well-equipped kitchens and new, modern and functional furniture, surrounded by refined Sardinian-style elements.<\/p>\n

Each apartment has good exposure to the sun<\/strong> rendering them bright and sunny, this thanks to the favorable corner position of the building. From the Iluka<\/a> you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the sea<\/strong> and the promontory of Capo Caccia<\/a>, wonderful and enchanting especially at sunset.
