\n \n Apartments & Location\n <\/span>\n <\/h2>\n [vc_toggle title=”How many apartments does the Lodge have?”]Alkira Lodge is a small 3-storey building with 4 apartments available
\nfor rent: 3 Two-bedroom apartments (Iluka<\/a>, Kirra<\/a> and Tau<\/a>) and 1 One-bedroom apartment (Talia<\/a>).[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Where is the Lodge located?”]The building is located in a tranquil and quiet residential area on the corner of via Txu Terrat and via Toda<\/a>, just over a 1 km from the old town, the marina (approx. 15 minute walk away) and 500 mt from the inner city beach of Las Tronas.
\nSee Map<\/a>.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is it easy to find parking nearby?”]Yes. There is free parking available in Piazza Cao, opposite the Lodge.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do the apartments have terraces overlooking the sea?”]All apartments have one or more terraces furnished with either table and chairs or an outdoor sofa. From Iluka<\/a>, you can enjoy a beautiful and stunning view of the sea and Capo Caccia.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How are the apartments furnished?”]The apartments \u2013 completely renovated in 2016 \u2013 feature new modern and functional furnishings and are all equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, air-conditioning, wall safe, washing machine, linen…[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]\n

\n \n Services\n <\/span>\n <\/h2>\n [vc_toggle title=”What services are included in the price per day rates?”]Each apartment comes complete with all comforts, all inclusive in
\nthe price you pay for your stay. See full list of all inclusive services.<\/a>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are there extra fees?”]The only compulsory extra charge is the final cleaning cost (\u20ac60).<\/p>\n

The cleaning of the kitchen corner is not included in the price and is under the guests\u00a0responsability. Should you wish to avail of the kitchen cleaning on departure, the cost is \u20ac30,00.<\/p>\n

Upon request, transfer service to\/from Alghero Airport (from \u20ac25 to \u20ac30 per trip), baby cots (\u20ac5 per day \/ \u20ac20 per week), change of linen (\u20ac10 per person, per change) are all available.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is there a Tourist or City Tax?”]Yes. At check-in we are obliged to ask our guests the payment of the Tourist\/City Tax determined by the Alghero City Council. The rates for 2021 for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights are \u20ac0.50 per person per day; no charge for children up to 11 years of age.[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]\n

\ncheck-ins or check-outs are to be agreed in advance.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the minimum stay?”]From September to June: 3 days; July and August: 7 days.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are there discounts for children?”]Yes: children up to 2 years of age do not pay (on request cots are
